We will meet at the Armstrong Redwood visitor center at 10am sharp, followed by a short, flat 10-15 minute walk, to the amphitheater, where we will partake in a cup of cacao and guided meditation.
Forest bathing and cacao are great allies in reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and amplifying gratitude in our lives:)
Bring a yoga mat and a cup (so we leave no trace behind).
Dress comfortably (perhaps in layers as it can be cool under the canopy of trees).
There are restrooms near by.
If it is raining that day, the event will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund.
