We will spend time reflecting & discussing topics on cultivating positive relationships with ourselves and others. Topics discussed will be learning about who you are, navigating imposter syndrome, breaking cycles or thought patterns, being grounded, mental health tools and more. We will also have time to connect with others, enjoy delicious coffee, appetizers, and so much more!
