Black History Month Event Supporting the pre-launch of: www.dreamstudiodetroit.org Dream Studio Detroit + Black Leaders Detroit Presents: FREEDOM! Breaking the chains of the establishment! The power in freely speaking your mind, implementing your dreams, and having meaningful impact! Featuring: Detroit Youth Choir, DJ Steady Rock, Poetry, Black art vendors, Black-owned business vendors. Power Talk with: Danielle North, Dwan Dandridge, and Malik Yakini. VENDING DETAILS: Spotlight Vendor - This vendor receives a table in a premium location. Spotlight vendors will be called to the stage up to two times to shout out their business offerings and products! I will also shout out those vendors from the stage. "SPOTLIGHT" Vendor with a table - This vendor receives a table in the hallway entry or the Alumnae Hall. You are more than welcome to bring and sell any of your products! The spaces are first come first serve but, there isn't a bad space. The room is open, airy and tables will be distributed in a sensible manner. Nonprofit vendor - Must be a verifiable 501c3 nonprofit without products for sell. *PLEASE DO NOT BRING/REQUEST ADDITIONAL TABLES...ONE TABLE PER VENDOR - you can have an additional table by purchasing another vendor spot. ARRIVAL: All vendors arrive at 10 am...the tables are first come first serve. The early bird gets the worm! Spotlight Vendors will have designated tables. PARKING: When you arrive, you are welcome to pull around the circular drive at the Madame Cadillac building. Please unload all of your items and then head back to your car to park in the lot. Please try to park farther away and leave closer spaces for the shoppers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. TABLES: One table per vendor. You are welcome to bring your own table. If you have more than one business - you must purchase an additional table or fit both businesses on to one table. Spotlight Vendors will have an option to have an 8 foot table or a round table. Standard and Nonprofit vendors will have access to round tables. WI-FI: Yes, there is wi-fi available should you need it. We will make the password available on Saturday. Electrical Outlets: There is no guarantee - this will be solely based on room placement. More details will follow as we get closer to the event.
