This is a HIIT inspired dance fitness workout. You will Work, Shake, Flex, and Slay your way through a fun, challenging workout that will get you results.
CLASS TIME: 6:00 pm
DURATION: 1 hour - Studio located on 2nd floor
ATTIRE: Comfy clothes that allow for flexible movement, tennis shoes
WHAT TO BRING: sweat towel, water
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class. Be sure to arrive early and claim your favorite dance spot. The TURN UP will be CRAZY!
