Just bring yourself‼️All equipment (1 clean mat, 1bolster, 2 blocks, and blankets) provided for every class. Dress comfortably and bring water, plus a sweater just in case. This is a private location in South Bend, IN. Some classes will be in an outdoor space depending on weather, but some will be inside if it is not a nice weather day. All Classes will feature hands-on instructor adjustments, use of YoungLiving essential oils, mood lighting & very relaxing music. This event is limited to ONLY 6 students for every class, so pre-registration is required due to limited space. Hope to see you there on the mat!!!
