Over the last 15 years since attaining that success, Phil has honed his sales, team building, coaching, and business skills, being hired as the Chief Operating Officer at one of North Carolina's most successful real estate brokerages. In addition to his responsibilities with the company, Phil coaches agents nationwide, helping them achieve their goals and dreams by not just becoming better salespeople but also improving their quality of life through strategic planning, systems, processes, lead generation, social media coaching, time management, and mindset management.
Most recently, Phil has created a study program that helps North Carolina real estate students pass the National and State exam easily on the first try. By helping agents succeed so early in their careers, Phil has created a great network of agents to coach and support; this system has begun to expand, with real estate schools all over the country looking to partner with his brand.
