The FreshLo Hub Phase I groundbreaking will clear the site for an Affordable Housing Building with a mental health center, as well as office, meeting and retail spaces. The building, which will offer 97 one-, two- and three-bedroom units targeted for individuals and families living at 30%-60% AMI, is expected to be complete in mid-2024. Join the MOC Board and Staff, community members, City leaders, funders, architects and builders as we take the first physical step in laying the foundation for the Montbello FreshLo Hub: a place envisioned by Montbello residents where neighbors will live, shop, convene, experience art, improve their health, and more!
