Start your week of right, or simply recenter yourself with this intentional guided mala meditation. In the first 30 minutes learn a brief history of the Mala, its significance in Japa Meditation and how to incorporate meditation into your daily life. In the next hour learn a few traditional Japa meditation chants as well as a modern take on mala meditations.
Dress comfortably. You do not need to have a mala to join this meditation circle. You can bring a mala you already have or you can borrow a hand-knotted mala from Kendra’s collection.
