Dr. Ebeling's Chakra Balancing Sound Bath Events are back at a new location! Join Dr. Ebeling, for an hour of blissful chakra balancing with Chakra Tuned Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Tingshas, Rain Stick, 528hz Tuning Fork, Buffalo Drum, Zaphir Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, and an Ocean Drum Journey with the sounds of whales. Chakra's are the body's energy centers and when the energy is stuck or stagnant, this will create an inbalance. Dr. Ebeling explains in detail how sound therapy works and what it feels like when the body is out of balance at specific points in the body. Please bring yoga mat or sleeping bag with blankets and pillows for your comfort. Feel free to also bring eye mask or eye pillow if needed. There are optional seating choices available at first come, first serve basis, including zero gravity chairs, swing or couch. Wear comfortable clothing and be well hydrated. There will be alkaline water provided. Free parking in the parking lot. Event is on the second level.. take the stairs, or elevator! There will be signs or individuals helping guide you to the event space when you arrive upstairs! We are excited to have you!
