The Full Moon is a time to release what is no longer serving you and to invite more of what you want into your life. On Tuesday, March 7th, join me in harnessing the energy of the Full Moon and the crystal singing bowls to recharge & reinvigorate yourself physically, spiritually, and emotionally. During our sound bath, we will also have the halotherapy (salt therapy) generator to help improve our breathing, calm the nervous system, and ease depression.
