Join us for FREE cardio and lightweight training instructed by certified personal trainers for all levels! Arts, crafts, and physical activities are available for children ages 6 to 12. Event Schedule - CHECK IN AT THE AMPHITHEATER 10 AM - Opening Ceremony - Amphitheater 10:30 AM - Educational Workshops - Civic Center provided by Charlton Methodist Hospital 10:30 AM - Nutrition Workshop - Civic Center with Joseph Paige, Re-Start Fitness 11 AM - Workout Session I 11:45 PM - Workout Session II 12:30 PM - Workout Session III 1:30 PM - Workout Session IV 2:30 PM - Workout Session V Includes full access to all workshops and workout sessions. Select your activity for each workout session and time frame. Trap-O-Lean Fitness - Gym 1 - High energy class using 40” round trampolines, weights, and routines to different genres of music.
