Join Sun Goddess Healing and team for an afternoon full of Chakra focused healing! Come learn about your energy centers and how to connect with them! Each month we focus on a new Chakra. We will start with dance movement therapy to shed some layers , Then slow it all down with a chakra based yoga flow . Enjoy community and holistic snacks , Then flow right into our breathwork journey and sound healing. Optional hapè offerings before breathwork available. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow , journal, water bottle and anything that brings you comfort. ** WE WILL MEET NEAR THE TENNIS COURTS **
