Come and experience a Sound Bath with a set of 7 crystal singing bowls and a 32’ gong by a Sound Healing Facilitator as we learn more about this art form! This will be a Free event and Free opportunity to see what all the fuss is about when it comes to sound healing and what it can really do for the mind, body & spirit. I will go into great detail on what it is I do with these instruments and how this is helping everyday people find some time for themselves to create space for self care. Many people see this as a new trend, but really this is an ancient way of healing. Ancient knowledge that we are rediscovering. Come as you are but ideally comfortably dressed. This space does not have anything comfortable to provide for you except a floor and a bathroom so please bring your nesting materials. Bring blankets/pillows/yoga mat/water so that you are able to make yourself as comfortable as possible as you sit/lay for this hour long experience.
