Join us as we honor and celebrate the seasonal shift into Spring. We invite you to journey with us to tend to your own roots through sacred meditation, breathwork, and reiki as you prepare to bloom with Spring. We call you to awaken with Mother Earth by coming out of the dark season of rest. This one day gathering will allow you to tend to your 10th and 12th chakras and unearth what no longer serves you on your healing journey. In her work she incorporates mindfulness, yoga, breathwork and meditation. She also incorporates tarot reading, pendulum reading, collective Ancestral, Akashic, Quantum Healing. IG- @Inner_Heart_Shine Sacred Ascension: Quibilah started her holistic healing journey over a decade ago when she discovered a Sacred Woman Healing circle and the wonderful work of Queen Afua. She is a Reiki level II healer, certified community herbalist, certified holistic health & wellness consultant, grief doula, sacred space holder, and a vibrational sound healer. She has a passion for curating and creating safe, healing spaces to support others' ascension process. IG-@sacred_ascension Ms. J's Healing you to your Highest Self: I am a reiki practitioner and a spiritual business coach working with angelic and elemental energies. I am Reiki level II attuned and have been practicing for just over a year now. I am more recently attuned with the seven AKA DUA elemental energies and am excited to incorporate them into my practice. I conduct collective sessions as well as one on one. With every session I grow in my practice and have been fine tuning my ability to bring the most light energy into the body while targeting it into specific areas in need of the most attention. I have been offering healing at community markets across Austin and enjoy every new connection I make, find me at your local monthly pop up! IG-@clickety2014 James "Breath of Fresh Air" Lynn: James is passionate about helping others lead a healthy lifestyle as a personal trainer, nutritionist, breath coach, boxing coach, and speaker. Along the journey of connecting with his breath, he found the art of African drumming which has become a healing tool on his journey. James believes that music, sound, and the rhythms of the African Diaspora can help balance the energies within the body and can provide aid in conquering the hurdles throughout his community.
