If you’re like a lot of our past students in our classes, you probably grill all year long. If you hibernated your grill for the winter — or even if you didn’t — it’s time for a spring tune-up. We’ll review what you need to do know to get your charcoal, pellet and gas grills ready for action. We will also focus on classic grilling techniques & foods. Additional details about The Grilling Academy classes: Classes at The Grilling Academy are hands-on, please come prepared & dressed to go through the full prepping and grilling process. If possible, please bring a bag chair and wear comfortable shoes as there will be a lot of standing. If you are a notetaker, you may find a notebook helpful to jot down ideas too. We will be providing coffee, beverages, and breakfast at our Saturday classes. In both Thursday and Saturday sessions beverages will be provided to keep students well-hydrated and students will share & taste the prepared courses. Sessions at The Grilling Academy are held outdoors. We make every attempt to hold our classes, but we also remain realistic to inclement weather situations. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every attempt to reschedule the event. If you cannot attend the makeup class, we will provide a store credit. Cancellation Policy: For classes & workshops, cancellations can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Credits will not be granted for cancellations placed less than 48-hours before a class or workshop.
