You are invited on Sunday, February 26th for an hour-long sound journey at Harbor of Dreams Art, a new healing space located in Stone Mountain, Ga. This will occur bi-weekly. The other dates are March 12th and March 26th. Through sound baths, Chelsea works with individuals and groups to help bring awareness within their bodies that facilitates nervous system repatterning. This will be a way that you can dive into your healing journey in a supportive group. What to bring: Please bring water, a mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort. You will be on the floor for about an hour or so. Wear comfy clothing. You're welcome to bring a journal and whatever brings you comfort. Chelsea ‘Shag’ Szegidewicz is a certified Sound Healing Facilitator and Chi For Two Embodiment Coach and a Recording Artist and Performer in Atlanta, Ga. Chelsea completed her 200 hour sound therapy course with Sound Embrace in 2020 and has been working with individuals and group sessions since then to help bring awareness within their nervous system functioning.
