Guests will be welcomed with ice-cold White Labs beers and cooling snacks to extinguish your tastebuds. We'll cover the ins and out's of hot sauce Lacto-fermentation, recipes, and variations in styles and flavors. You'll also receive your very own fermentation vessel (which we will fill with pepper goodness in class ) to ferment your own hot sauce at home.
