We are excited to be hosting the 2023 "Spring into New Homes" bus tour. It is encouraged that you dress in your 'florally spring' best or St Patty's Day attire if the Irish in you just can't stand not to be festive in your own skin. Spend the day visiting local new builds from Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch and Pittsburg. Breakfast, lunch and dessert are provided! And they are: 1-Antioch – Davidon Homes 2-Oakley – Pheasant Meadow 3-Oakley – Acacia 4-Brentwood – Orchard Trails 5-Pittsburg – Capri We will be departing from the Delta Association parking lot promptly at 8:20am. No Late-Birds. PARKING NOTE: Everyone needs to park on the opposite side of Delta where there is more room. Not the front of the office on either side of the Kaiser building or the other side of the parking lot. The HOA will not let us use the parking lot if it interferes with all the other businesses. Timeline (subject to change): 8:00-8:30am – Check in and network 8:20-8:30am – Bus departs 8:45am – Arrive at Davidon 9:30am – Arrive at Pheasant Meadow 10:00am – Arrive at Acacia 11:00am – Arrive at Orchard Trails 12:00pm – Arrive at Capri and have lunch 1:30-2:00pm – Depart and head back to Delta Association 2:30pm(or sooner) – Arrive at Delta Association
