This two day workshop with Mohammed Isaaq will explore mental wellness through The Four Temperaments.
You won’t be surprised to hear that the science of The Four Temperaments can tell us a great deal on how to navigate our states of mind. We unpack this knowledge from as early as the 9th century to the present day. This course will unravel and explore mental components, obstacles and other mental well being secrets from the likes of Al Balkhi to Myers Briggs respectively. We will explore concepts such as anger, anxiety, depression and addictions.
