The 2nd annual luncheon benefitting the Rosalynn Carter Childhood Garden of Plains, Georgia on Saturday, April 29th at noon at the Marshfield Assembly of God (1538 W. Washington). This luncheon further celebrates the Cherry Blossom Festival’s sister festival relationship with the Peanut Festival in Plains. James Carter (grandson of President Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter) will be interviewed as part of the program for the luncheon. The fried chicken luncheon will reflect a southern menu. Tickets are $25 per person.
