Brief introduction: Ever wonder why you are the way that you are? It’s all about where you come from! Understanding your family system will help unlock reason as to why certain situations tend to repeat in your family. Join me as we discover how we can stop unhealthy cycles for your future family. Note: The counseling group is a safe and non-judgmental place for the participants to process their thoughts and emotions.
