Chef Rosh from Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped Champion & James Beard nominee did a Pop up seven course dinner at Raag on January 19 to a sold out room. On popular demand she is coming back on March 15 for Minneapolis foodies to get another chance at trying her art with a completely new menu and flavor profile. This pop up will include her winning fish & duck dishes that crowned her "Chopped Champion". There is a Vegan menu option in the ticket. This event will be tied to festivities of Holi and St Patrick day with matching cocktails at the bar. About Chef Roshni (Rosh) - In 2012, Chef Rosh was a contestant on the very popular FOX TV show Hell’s Kitchen with Michelin Star chef Gordon Ramsay. She was the only chef among 18 that Chef Ramsay addressed as a “passionate, well-rounded chef that blended flavors magically." In 2017 Roshni participated in the hit Food Network show Cut Throat Kitchen. One of Chef Rosh’s most recent travels was an invitation to cook at the James Beard House in New York City where she created a seven course vegetarian meal reflecting her Sindhi heritage. In 2019 Rosh appeared on the Food Network hit show , beat Bobby Flay. Rosh is a Chopped Champion where she competed with 4 chefs on the popular TV show on Food Network to win that title. Rosh's travel, vast knowledge and hunger for the culinary world has led her to the position of being one of the top 5 Indian chefs in USA by India Currents magazine in 2016. About Raag Progressive Indian Restaurant - Raag is nestled in Edina's prime business district at the cross streets of 50th and France.
