Brewers Ball is a celebration of brewing with the intent of gathering homebrewers and professional brewers together from across the state for the presentation of the Best Florida Beer Championships’ Best of Show winners The Ball features food trucks, music, and samples of the medal winning beers from the Championships’ commercial competition! We will have food trucks on site with food for purchase. Food is NOT included in the ticket price. Please feel free to pack a lunch or snacks. No hard-sided coolers allowed in the park. Location: River Tower Park, 401 E. Bird St., Tampa Date: Sunday, March 5th, 2023 Schedule of Events 11:00AM – Brewer’s Access (Pro Brewery Rep & Homebrew Club Members) 12:00PM – General Admission Access 1:00 PM – Welcome Toast 1:10 PM – Homebrew Club of the Year, Homebrewer Of The Year Presentation 1:20PM - Competition Winners Medal Presentations 3:30 PM – Best of Show Presentations 4:30 PM – Last Call for Alcohol FAQ: Where is River Tower Park? Where is the festival entrance?  The park is located at 401 E. Bird St., Tampa, FL 33604. The park entrance is located on the north side of the park along E. Bird Street, with lines for General Admission along the south side of the park with the main entrance on the south side along the river near the tower. Follow signs for entry for General Admission. What ages are allowed? Brewer's Ball is a 21+ event. Young children in strollers or carriers are allowed, but no other children will be permitted into the park. What is the inclement weather policy?  Event is rain or shine. This is a city park, so covered space is limited. Bring rain gear, sunscreen or whatever else you need to be comfortable. Will I be able to buy tickets at the gate?  No, All tickets will be sold in advance. There will be no tickets available day of. Where should I park?  PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE, but if you must, parking is available on the east side of the park. Look for ROTC members to assist in parking.. Best Florida Beer will provide a limited amount of pre-paid Lyft codes for Ball attendees to ensure safe passage home. Are there discounted Designated Driver tickets available?  The beer provided at this event is donated by the award winning breweries. Money collected from ticket fees covers the cost of hosting the Awards Ceremony. Designated drivers can still enjoy the park and Awards presentation by purchasing a $30 Designated Driver ticket. Will there be food available for purchase? Food trucks will be on site with food for purchase. What am I permitted to bring into the festival? Drinkware: Feel free to bring your own PLASTIC cups. Your favorite mug, stein, boot, shoe, bag, cup, any vessel that you can drink from will be allowed as long as it is PLASTIC. Absolutely no glassware will be allowed per City of Tampa regulations. You may bring plastic cups, but under no circumstance will you be allowed entrance if you bring glass. NO STYROFOAM OR GLASS ALLOWED!!!! Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, umbrellas: You may bring items for personal comfort as long as you can carry them on your person. Keep in mind that the irrigation runs the length of the park, so ground stakes are not permitted. You are responsible for removing anything that you bring into the park. Food: You may bring a packed lunch if you like. No coolers allowed.
