Unwind in The Talcott Building as we get into the basics of yoga and breathwork with Lauren. Enjoy an evening of relaxing yoga as Laura leads a gentle practice of breath centered stretching and movement. Laura’s yoga journey has been one of self-discovery and refinement. Her practice has allowed her to love her body, explore the depths of her mind and navigate her life with more authenticity. Her classes are designed with creative sequencing and a sense of playfulness. She encourages all of her students to tap into their inner sense of play and exploration so that they are able to make their practice truly their own. As a teacher, Laura’s intention is to create space for her students to tune in, connect with their breath, feel good in their bodies, and find some mental clarity.
Enjoy a slow-moving yoga practice that is all about connecting to your breath and moving in a way that feels good to you. We’ll move gently yet rhythmically, stretching and strengthening our bodies as a way to cultivate a sense of grounding and clarity. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Dress comfortability in athletic wear and bring a yoga mat! A limited number of mats will be available for hotel guests.
