Join Black Men Run Seattle, Black Girls Run Seattle-Tacoma, North of Seattle Run Club, and Club Seattle Runners Division for our 2nd annual celebration of Black health, wellness, and community. We invite you to run with us, dance with us, flow with us, jump with us, or move with us in whichever way works for you. You'll have the opportunity to run or walk or join incredible local fitness instructors for a variety of 15-20 minute movement classes such as body weight strength, dance, and mobility. This event centers and celebrates Black health, because when the Black community is well, we can all be well but ALL people are invited and encouraged to join.
We'll have music going all afternoon to keep the energy high, and we'll be serving coffee from The Station, food from Zuri's Donutz and more! The first 100 attendees will receive a limited edition event Miir water bottle!
