Join ‘Confidence Ambassador’ Julia, as she hosts a workshop geared towards you. This workshop will be interactive and will help work through some of the outside factors that get in our way of having that feeling of confidence, how we can overcome those barriers and shift our mindset’s way of thinking. This workshop is also meant to create a safe space to just take a deep breath and discuss some of the everyday challenges we face as women with like minded others - how we can lean on/build each other up to live everyday with that fearless ‘fire in our eyes’ energy. The goal is to finish this workshop with champagne in one hand and confidence in the other. A little about Julia: After five years as an event planner in the city that never sleeps, Julia now channels her boundless energy into the always-on world of digital marketing as an Account Manager at Digital Hyve. A born leader and team player, Julia runs on making connections and getting shit done. A lot of it. She'll be your loudest cheerleader in the office and your biggest motivator at spin class, where she's lead instructor at Spoke Cycle and Fitness Studio. To recharge, you'll find Julia at Lumos infrared Sauna - which is where she's also part employee-part ambassador as her third job. Let's just say the Energizer Bunny has nothing on Julia.
