Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Crémant, Pét Nats...what's the difference? Why do some sparkling wines have mushroom-shaped corks and metal cages and others have metal bottle caps? We'll get to the bottom of Sparkling Wine production, and to the bottom of some bottles as well! This fun and educational experience will come with a curriculum written by Certified Sommelier Maureen Sciutto, fun nibbles, and 6 stunning fizzy wines from all walks from all over the world. Nothing beats the long winter blues (otherwise known as the month of March) like a bunch of adult bubbles!
