Welcome to the International SharQui Workout Weekend where SharQui instructors around the world are going to help you ditch boring workouts and love your body! SharQui doesn't just get you sweating, it teaches classic bellydance moves in the way YOU learn best. For one weekend, SharQui instructors from around the globe will be hosting FREE SharQui sessions virtually as well as in-person in your area. About Your Instructor Born in Taiwan and grown in the U.S., Jenny C Cohen aka Aaliyah Jenny, is an award winning performer, and creator of Dance to Heal Podcast and Wellness Program. With her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy as well as her certifications in Sharqui Workout (Master Instructor), Datura Style (Certified Teacher), YOGABODY (Yoga Instructor, breath coach), and Triple Trauma Aware training evolved NLP (Avalon Empowerment), Jenny presents a multidisciplinary approach to heal so you can thrive. Jenny is an author of the international bestselling book "Outside In Recovery" released January 2023 and available at www.outsideinrecovery.com Jenny also is a mom who homeschooled her twins to college. She celebrates her 30 year anniversary with her husband Michael in June 2023.
