Join us for the opportunity to start or deepen your journaling practice. There are so many benefits to having a consistent journal practice. Come and experience it together and share with us in a time of intentional mindfulness. Journaling has a way of giving wings to your dreams, ideas, desires, and inner healing. It slows your mind to reflect, participate, and observe all that’s happening around you, within and in your life. Pausing a few minutes each day in this practice allows us to grasp each moment as if it were a precious gift. During each session, there is a simple prompt to help get you in the flow. Learn more on how to unlock your inner voice and allow it to pour onto a page. This is a six-week series. Facilitated by: MommaTree Each session will start with an introduction & intention setting for the morning’s writing.Writing prompts will be offered to stimulate your ideas.We will spend about 30 minutes writing on our own and come back together for a short chat afterward. What you will need: A journal and something to write with.A dedicated hour of time. We are looking forward to going deeper!
