Description

We will be covering all things mountain bikes, with the focus being suspension, cockpit setup and tires. Suspension can be intimidating to talk about but we will go over how to set SAG, rebound and compression and lastly some suspension maintenance tips. We will also go over the different cockpit setup tips and tricks. Lastly, If we have time at the end we will do a deep dive on tires! We will have plenty of time for questions and we want to hear them all! Hannah Russert will be leading the clinic with help from Jessie Marlenee. Hannah has years of enduro racing experience and leads the women's mtb rides for AMBA. She has a wide range of riding experience from racing to leading group rides. Jessie has 5 years of riding and racing experience from cross country to downhill. This event is for women, trans-femme and non-binary people, we ask that you respect our effort to make this event a safe space. This event is free to attend & snacks/drinks will be provided! Additionally, each person who attends will receive a free 1 day demo bike waiver. High Desert Bicycles is passionate about creating a judgment-free, no-pressure environment for our rider community & our doors are open to anyone who is curious about bicycles!
