• Become acquainted with the most important and classic tool in your kitchen! In this intensive hands-on class, you’ll learn basic knife skills like how to properly hold your knife and practice the fundamental cuts – mince, dice, julienne, chiffonade, brunoise, and bâtonnet. Your chef instructor will also chat about which knives do what and how to store & sharpen your knives.
• *A light snack is included, but a meal will not be prepared.
