Description

With endeavors to promote cardiovascular health, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Delta Lambda Omega Chapter, in collaboration with the North West Louisiana American Heart Association, is sponsoring a 3K fun run/walk/dance event to promote heart health for the local Shreveport community. There will be water stations, monitors, Cardiovascular educational material and handouts, music, pre-activity stretching session, and support from medical personnel and health care professionals. Security will be enforced. We encourage all to come out and get physical and learn methods to improve cardiovascular health.
