Sign up for free here to be a vendor at our bi-annual Motorcycle Swap Meet on Saturday, May 13th 2023! All vendors must be set up by 9 AM and participate until 4 PM.Neither Electricity nor Security will be provided for the Swap Meet.You must provide your own tent, table, power, and accessories.NO PERSONAL BIKE SALES WILL BE ALLOWEDNO PERSONAL SALES of NEW apparel, parts or accessories will be allowed.High Desert Harley-Davidson is not responsible for lost or stolen items.High Desert Harley-Davidson reserves the right to approve all vendors. Please review the following release form: All participants, prior to participating in a dealer sponsored activity must sign (or e-sign) this release form.Participation is voluntary; any party choosing not to sign will not be allowed to participate.I agree that TMI Group. (DBA High Desert Harley-Davidson), their affiliates, owners, management, employees and agents, Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), Harley-Davidson, Inc.,Harley-Davidson Motor Company, the Intermountain Chapter Harley Owners Group, and the irrespective officers, directors, employees and agents (hereinafter referred to as “RELEASED PARTIES”) shall not be liable or responsible for injury to me (including paralysis or death) or damage to my property during any H.O.G., H.O.G. Chapter Activity, or dealer sponsored ride or event, even where the damage or injury is caused by negligence (except willful neglect). I understand and agree that all H.O.G. members, Event Participants, Dealership staff and their guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk in all H.O.G. and Dealership activities and event(s). I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS THAT I AGREE NOT TO SUE THE “RELEASED PARTIES” FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO MYSELF OR MY PROPERTY RESULTING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY H.O.G. CHAPTER, OR DEALERSHIP ACTIVITIES OR EVENT(S).WAIVER OF RIGHTS UNDER STATE STATUTES I further agree to waive all benefits following from any state statute which would negate or limit the scope of this Release and Indemnification Agreement. By signing this Release, I certify thatI have read this Release and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations made by the “RELEASED PARTIES.”
