Weekend Class: February 25-26th 10-4:30 In this class, we will be covering beginning metalsmithing techniques such as sawing, filing, forming, texturing, soldering, and finishing. Sweat soldering and how to make your own jump rings will also be covered. The class will also guide students through the beginnings of ring and/or pendant creation. This is a beginner class, for those with little or no experience or for those who need to brush up on their jewelry making skills. Open to the public. WHAT TO BRING We recommend wearing closed-toed shoes, magnifiers - if you need them, an apron, and a notebook/pen. $30 material fee is payable by cash or check, to the instructor the day of class Cancellation Policy: All attendees must register 72 hours in advance.Due to Covid-19, classes are subject to rescheduling/ cancellations. Refunds would be issued at that time if necessary.All refunds (minus admin fee) must be requested at least 72 hours prior to class start.Minor Policy: Minors under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult or have permission from the instructor to attend. Please contact instructor if you have any questions or if your child is under the age of 16 years old.
