Billie Sutton will share about overcoming adversity, and Senator Tim Reed and Brookings County States Attorney Dan Nelson will discuss juvenile justice system. Together, we can move from individual responsibility to shared community responsibility for decreasing adversity and increasing positive experiences for all to build hope and resilience.
