This Gentle Yoga class will leave you feeling relaxed as you listen to the ocean as your backdrop. During the month of February we set our intentions on "Self-Love" and we will enjoy our meditation practice focusing on the ocean waves and sounds of nature.
Bring a Yoga mat, blanket, or towel and water.
Park in the Springmaid Pier parking lot and as you walk towards the Pier we will have class on the right side of the Pier.
Registration is required and waiver forms must be filled out before attending class.
