Join the Pima County Master Gardeners to explore ollas and other irrigation options for the Sonoran Desert. We will cover the benefits of watering with ollas and consider where you might use ollas in containers, raised beds, and the landscape. Session will take place in edible garden using ollas for irrigation. Participants will go home with one terra-cotta olla you build as well as other materials. Please wear a hat, bring a water bottle, and consider bringing a portable chair if you would be more comfortable seated during the garden portion of the seminar.
