Hoover-AHEAD invites the public to a panel discussion about diversity, equity, and inclusion in our city, neighborhoods, and schools. Amid the misinformation often circulated among our friends and neighbors, you are invited to come, learn, and dream with us about how we might better create a city in which all are welcomed and feel safe. Pre-registration is not required but is appreciated. Panelists include Ivory Sirmans (UAB), Dr. Terry Lamar (Hoover City Schools), and Dr. Gregory Samuels (University of Montevallo).
