Vendor Set-up Noon - 1PMEvent 1-5 PMVendor Breakdown 5 - 6 PMVendor Parking during event is next door or across the street. (you can unload & load in the front of the building before & after event)Vendor Space are outlined on the reservation chart; PLEASE be mindful of your space when selecting inventory to bring. ALL merchandise MUST fit within reserved area. ALL tents must be 10x10 or smaller to accommodate outdoor spacesMust bring generator or power supply if electricity is neededBackdrops & Pull Up Signs are NOT ALLOWED for Inside Vender Tables (Center Floor Tables) and ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE ABLE TO FIT ON TOP OF AND UNDER THE PROVIDED TABLE.Please bring necessary supplies to clean up your area after event Door Prizes are encouraged (mention your door prizes on social media when posting the flyer to attract customers) If you would like to include some giveaways / samples and business cards in the vendor swag bags; please notify us immediately (Qty 35 vendors)
