WELLNESS DIMENSIONAL TRAININGTheeSeeds LCC. has developed a standardized and localized Wellness Dimensional Training Curriculum. Students will be provided training on wellness dimensions, self-care tips, managing stress, signs of depression, and engaging the new realities after COVID-19. The entire curriculum: encompasses a total of 36 hours of traininguses English language as a medium of instruction.Educational Requirements Must provide proof of a High School Diploma or a GED. Student may provide college transcripts in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
