Join Leaders In Women's Health for this Stop The Bleed training course. The Leaders In Women's Health Education Committee has connected with Mr. Ralph Mitchell to host this 90 minute training. Developed by the American College of Surgeons Committee of Trauma, these lifesaving techniques have been proven to save lives in emergency situations. Launched in 2015, this training provides practical knowledge for stopping severe bleeding in trauma situations. Basic may be gauze and pressure while this is more advanced- including tourniquets. All participants will receive a completion certificate at the end of the training. We are asking folks to register, as there are only 15 slots available. Registration will end Friday, March 3rd.
