ServSafe Manager is a food safety training required by at least one supervisor in all retail food establishments in Colorado. This training comes with a study guide, 2 - day basic course and exam. Lunch is included both days. Study guides are also available in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Should you desire a language other than English, please contact Nicole at [email protected] or 970-382-6461. Day 1: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Day 2: 8:00 am - about 4:00 pm. You have 2 hours to complete the exam. The end time for day 2 is dependent on how long it takes you to complete the exam. Please pick up your book from the La Plata County Extension Office, 2500 Main Ave., Durango, CO 81301, or we charge a $8.00 fee to have it mailed to you.
