Chef Joe has designed an elegant five-course dinner with a California flare. Each attendee will receive three glasses of Stag’s Leap wine that have been meticulously chosen to complement the menu (shared below).
Stag's Leap Wine Cellars (not to be confused with Stags' Leap Winery) is a renowned first-growth Napa Valley winery, perhaps best known for the historic winner of the Cabernet Sauvignon competition at the 1976 Judgment of Paris. A representative from Stag's Leap will share information about the history of the winery and each wine.
