Back by popular demand whaling scholar Carolyn Partan will illustrate the adventurous lives of ship captain’s wives who went to sea in the mid to late nineteenth century. This lecture is in conjuncture with the special exhibition, Better Together: Falmouth Families at Sea 1852-1886.
