We are super excited to announce our first Soiree dinner of 2023 which will take place on Febraury 21st beginning at 6pm. This year we are taking a hybridized approach of our previous 2 years of Beer Dinners & Soiree Dinners. The dinners will take place on Tuesday evenings, when Amber Ox is closed, for 60 guests. Dinners will be heavily themed and decorated. The biggest adjustment this year is we will release the menu for the dinner when tickets go on sale. Although we are taking the surprise out of things we see it would be best to provide this information for those with strict dietary restrictions of allergies. Due to preparation and craft of the menu, allergies and accommodations may not be guaranteed. For February’s dinner, we decided to start the festivities BIG… and figured what better way to do so than highlighting the best party “The Big Easy” hosts – Mardi Gars.
