He is a professional speaker who has provided over one thousand presentations on the topics of cybercrime, leadership, crisis communication, ethics, identity theft, body language and more. He developed and presented a program on identity theft prevention which was used to educate a nationwide audience of Citigroup employees. His program on the topic of leadership integrity has been certified for education credits across the United States. Jeff was the 2017 International Keynote Speaker for a cyber security roadshow in Australia, during which he spoke to businesses about cyber crime prevention. He is a certified FBI instructor and has trained numerous government agencies and corporate clients on how to interpret and project body language for more effective interpersonal communication. Shawn Britt Shawn has been engaged in the life insurance and long-term care industry for over 25 years. She joined Nationwide in 2000 and has been a member of Nationwide’s advanced sales team since 2005. Shawn has been a major influence in the development and promotion of Nationwide’s suite of long-term care product solutions. Shawn is a published author of white papers and articles on long-term care for Nationwide as well as the insurance industry. She has been widely published and interviewed regarding long-term care for numerous trade publications and nationwide media. Shawn is a frequent presenter and keynote speaker at industry events and conferences including AALU and ILTCI. She has served on the Board of Financial professionals for CLTC and currently serves as a CLTC contributor. Shawn also served for several years as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University and has been recognized as an alumnus of the month by the American College. Michael E. Gonzales Michael has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has been recognized nationally by Mortgage Professionals of America for shaping the future of the industry. He has an engaging and humorous style of teaching and is one of the first Certified Mortgage Advisors in the state of Kansas. Sue L. Christensen Sue has been in mortgage lending for over 26 years, specializing soley in HECM (reverse mortgage) loans for over 13 of those years. Sue is a proud WSU alum and is focused on educating and helping seniors on their loan financing options. She believes customers should be able to make an informed choice regarding their mortgage loan, one they will be happy with long-term. Previously, Sue held a position that also included training other loan officers and branch managers to originate the HECM loan. Michael A. Gregory Mike works with accountants, and attorneys, and businesses that want to grow their businesses faster, be more productive and overcome conflict with others by enhancing collaboration. He also works with meeting planners looking for a dynamic, interactive, and fun speaker. Mike has run an organization with 1,200 employees in his career and completed over 2,500 mediations, negotiations, and facilitations. As a result of his collaborative approach clients have saved hundreds of millions of dollars. It has been his pleasure to give over 600 presentations in the U.S. and Canada based on the 12 books and over 35 articles he has written over the last 10 years. As a speaker, clients often share that their attendees are more focused on the tasks at hand, more confident when making difficult decisions, and more at peace in their professional and personal lives. Mike has a BS from Valparaiso University, a MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from DePaul University.
