Join us as we dive into the world of beer and cheese pairing, a combination as old as time! We will feature 5 different Riggs beers and an assortement of meats and cheeses provided by Cheese and Crackers Deli in Champaign. During this event we will dive into the proper ways of tasting beer and cheese and how they pair together. Your tasting journey will be guided by the head brewmaster at Riggs and the owner of Cheese and Crackers. Following the event Cheese and Crackers will be selling various, pre-packeaged meats and cheeses that you will be tasting during the event. Available to purchase via credit/debit card only. This will be a ticketed event in a semi private space at the Riggs Taproom with limited availability. The first time slot is from 3-3:45 and the second will follow from 4-4:45. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure we start on time.
