NCRC’s community partners including the Cabarrus Health Alliance, Castle & Cooke, the city of Kannapolis, the Cannon Ballers baseball team, the Rowan Cabarrus Community College, Insight Properties and the Cabarrus College of Health Sciences are teaming up with the Kannapolis Police Department to offer eight individual two-hour active shooter training programs.
