The Reclaim is pleased to offer our monthly Embodied Yoga class on the 3rd Saturday of each month, featuring Angela Paula Hernandez, a certified trauma focused yoga instructor and LMFT. This is a space designed for exploring experience in spiritual, mindful, and embodied practice. Yoga is a spiritual practice that goes beyond asana or the physical movement that is familiar to many of us. During this practice we will take a gentle approach to movement and meditation. We will explore how to be in our bodies and emotions in a mindful way while learning how to create safe boundaries for ourselves.
Join us from 9 am to 10:30 am for a small gathering guided by a skilled therapist. Space is limited, so we are asking that registration be completed ahead of time.
This is a trauma-informed, body and gender inclusive space. This class is appropriate for all levels of bodily ability. This space is for anyone who is curious and open to exploring oneself in a deeper way. Extra mats will be available for use or you are welcome to bring your own.
