Enjoy an unparalleled dining experience, as Executive Chef Troy Stauffer's exquisite menu is sublimely paired with a lineup of phenomenal wines and varietals.
Your tour commences with Prosecco before side by side presentations of Roscetto and Chardonnay, Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir, Brunello di Montalcino and Cabernet Sauvignon, and concludes with a flourish of Moscato! Old World inflections from Avissi, Cotarella and Ceretto harken the old, while the houses of Neyers and Bravium entreat the New.
This dinner is $115* per person for Executive Club members and $130* for non-members, including wine pairings, food and service.
